EDIT- Jerrad wasn't spreading this rumor, it was Michael Moore, and Jerrad was trying to stop it. Turns out he hasn't been caught... yet.

Holy Shit. Tristan, my friend is a complete dumbass. He just got taken into Juvy Hall for smoking marijuana.

Now, let's get one thing clear- I don't smoke pot, but I don't care if someone else does. As far as the law goes, I'm cool with anything illegal under two conditions-
1) It doesn't hurt any law-abiding person.
2) You don't get caught.

As you can tell, Tristan violated that. He got caught, the dumbass, and now he's in Juvy. More later- it's [slightly] possible he isn't, and this is a [cruel] rumor by Jerrad.
