The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Once the Voting Period has closed, the Sponsor will tally up the final number of votes and the three participants with the highest number of votes will be referred to the Judging Panel for final determination of the winner based on the Judging Criteria. The odds of winning depend on the relative performance of all Participants and the number of eligible entries received. Once the final determination of the Judging Panel has been reached, the Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner.
Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects and are non-appealable. Sponsor makes no guarantee of the manner in which, or if, Entry will be used, and declares that Entry will be aired only providing Winner agrees to execute any and all required documents, agreements and/or contractual releases deemed legally necessary by Contest Entities for fulfillment of prize. Sponsor, the Network and CBS disclaim any responsibility for any occurrence resulting in inability to fulfill prize, including but not limited to final editing revisions excluding winning Entry submission from broadcast and/or cancellation of series. Winner will not be compensated in any way should fulfillment of prize be deemed unfeasible. If the winning Entry is found to have been previously utilized, published or exploited then the Sponsor reserves the right to void the Entry and the prize may go unfulfilled, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner will be responsible for any and all federal, state and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize. The Winner cannot assign or transfer the prize to another person. If the prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize may be awarded; in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply.
Each Winner must have a valid Social Security number. By entering this Contest and accepting a prize, the Winner agrees that Sponsor and the Network reserve the right to disqualify and remove the Winner from any activity at any time if a Winner's actions at any point may or do cause damage to person, property or the reputation of any of the Contest Entities.

WINNER DOCUMENTATION AND ADDITIONAL REOUIREMENTS:
If selected as a tentative Winner, the Participant on the Entry will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail from approximately September 30, 2008. If tentative Winner cannot be reached after a reasonable (as determined solely by the Sponsor) effort has been made, such person may be disqualified and an alternate Winner selected based on the next highest score received.
Except where prohibited, the tentative Winner will be required to sign and return Affidavits of Eligibility/Publicity/Liability Releases and Additional Promotion documents (collectively, “Affidavits”).
Affidavits must be completed, notarized and returned to the Sponsor (660 4th Street, Box 155, San Francisco, CA 94107) within five (5) days of tentative Winner's receipt of the Affidavits. Affidavits are subject to verification by Sponsor and Network. If a tentative Winner is an Eligible Minor in his/her jurisdiction of residency at time of award, his/her parent or legal guardian must sign the required documents within the required time period or is otherwise ineligible to receive the prize, he/she will be immediately disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected in his/her place. A disqualification may result and an alternate Winner may be selected based on the next highest score received if Affidavits are not received in accordance with these Rules.
In addition, a tentative Winner may be required to sign a release in which he/she irrevocably assigns and transfers to the Sponsor, Network and/or CBS any and all rights, title and interest in Entry, including, without limitation, all copyrights and trademark rights, and waives all moral rights in the Entry.
If a tentative Winner refuses or fails to fully and truthfully sign and return the required documents within the required time period and to comply with these Rules or is otherwise ineligible to receive the prize, he/she will be immediately disqualified and an alternate Winner may be selected. There is no substitution for any prize/prize element or any portion thereof, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

GENERAL:
If the Contest becomes compromised, hampered, interrupted, not capable of running as planned, or rendered impossible of performance in any way or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or withdraw the Contest, without notice and, if possible, select a Winner from all Entries received for the Contest prior to or after the cancellation, suspension or withdrawal. The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Rules or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Each Participant agrees not to knowingly damage or cause interruption to the Contest and/or prevent others from participating in the Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST VIOLATES CRIMINAL OR CIVIL LAWS AND IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, SPONSOR MAY DISQUALIFY ANY PARTICIPANT MAKING SUCH ATTEMPT AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSONS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to any online Entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the Participant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
WINNERS LIST:

To request a winner list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to The CW 90210 Main Title Re-Record Contest Winner List, imeem, Inc., 660 4th Street, Box 155, San Francisco, CA 94107.
