Hey kiddies!!!

WOW WOW and WOW again!!! What a week!!!! So you guys know I was travelin around the country this week doing meetings and showcases!!! AND it was a success. We'll start with the radio stations in Chicago loving "Hollywood's Not America!" After a couple radio visits we got to NY and did an interview and performance for Entertainment Weekly (www.ew.com) which will be up on their site in a couple weeks. After that I had a showcase in NY at the Housing Works bookstore (which by the way is an AMAZING venue AND a great charity). Their proceeds go to provide housing for families living with HIV and Aids.) They had set up a stage with a grand piano on it, candles lit everywhere, wine etc. It was such a great night, I met lots of wonderful people and very cool VIP's came to check lil old me out!!! It was really a blast. So if that wasn't enough-- on fri morning I was at the Capitol Music Group building in NY having some creative meetings about the concept for my website, I get a call from my friend Melanie out in LA that her sisters friend heard my song on the radio! Then we got word that it had also played in Mobile, AL as well as Jacksonville, FL and Chicago!!! THEN like 5 minutes later I got word I had just booked an appearance on _________________(I can't tell you guys just yet but its BIG)!!!!! So that was quite the day kiddies. An overly exhausted, thankful and overwhelmed me had an hr to get back to my hotel room, which by the way looked like a tornado had ravaged it, to pack all my *hit up and head to the aiport for an evening flight back to LA. Got back to my house at 2am and heated up some mahi mahi my friend brought over, smoked a couple newports and passed OUT. So I've been out enjoying my satuday. Goin out to a dinner tonight with my lovely producers and then out for drinks with the clan. Lots of amazing things happening in the next few weeks ya'll so be sure to check back often as the blessings keep pourin in. Once again, thanks for all your love and support. Chicago-Awesome- Ny-just arrived

So Chicago was awesome. I met with some radio stations that loved that my song, Hollywood's Not America. They're very eager to play it and I can't wait till feb when it finally is on the radio! Also did a performance for an agency. Lots of fun, met some great people. My hotel was cool too- they had a lounge with flat screens and video games, computers everywhere, guitar hero. Cool shit. AND what a great city- spectacular views of Chicago from my hotel room. FREEZING AS HELL but really a great couple days. I just got to my hotel in NY a few minutes ago. Tonight I have a performance for another agency. Tomorrow I have a showcase and a bunch of interviews and Fri a performance for Entertainment Weekly. com. So things are moving along kiddies. Thanks for all the supportive emails. I love you. Off to lunch- the airport bagel and cream cheese this morning has clearly worn off as I can barely type. Just kidding, drama. :) xo
