Missing Vids/IMeem silence- Request For Help

for the past weeks, vids on iMeem have been removed - there is no pattern, the removals seem random and no messages are being sent to the uploaders. Customers have been posting about this in the iMeem forums and a support request has been sent but there has been complete radio silence from iMeem.
