two days ago we had a van/trailer accident. it was something that had never happened to us in 6 years of touring, and hopefully will never happen again. thank you guys for all of the kind notes that you sent us, they made us feel a lot better after the two days of madness. we love you guys

we've been here for about a week now, and i have to say that i think its getting warmer. it was freezing in chicago and detroit, but minneapolis and milwaukee were'nt that bad. i think it was in the high 50s today. anyways, we played first avenue tonight which is a really cool venue. for those of you familiar with purple rain (the prince movie), it is featured in the scene with morris day and the time. so awesome. anyways, ive uploaded a couple of short clips, one of us at sound check and the other of nick and chris from bayside at the rave. enjoy

another night, another show. tonights was at the rave in milwaukee. we've been here a few times but not in a while so it was nice to be back. i believe its one of americas oldest clubs, with like five different venues inside of it. sorta like a big compound, the rave was once home to a society of people called the eagles. much like the masons, this was a private club that was pretty shady. there are so many secret rooms that im pretty sure are haunted. i dont know why, but i always find myself being led around by other bands, showing me new spooky rooms. this time we went to the roof with the guys from bayside and four year strong. there was a moment on the way up when i thought i might die, or at the least be bitten by some vampire zombie. we made it alive and it will probably be my last time snooping around the scary rave. at least i hope. tomorrow we have a day off, we're gonna drive to minnesota and catch a movie. till then....

hey peoples
sxsw was amazing this year. thanks to our good friends at imeem who hooked us up with flip cams to document it. while we were in austin we filmed a video for our single "i feel weird", it rules!!! i uploaded a video of it the other day and i just put up another short one from that shoot. we're out on tour with the starting line/bayside so we'll be posting videos from this as well. expect more to come!!
